Avril’s New Pad
Avril Lavigne and husband Deryck Whibley are moving into a new Bel-Air, California home. They paid a cool 9.5 Million for their new digs. The new house has 12,000 square-foot house has eight bedrooms, 10.5 bathrooms and an office. There’s a steam shower, sauna, spa, pool and a garage that can hold 10 cars. Invite me over sometime!
