Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer – Lindsay’s story sold is shameful
The troubled star Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Blair Berk is furious over the release of Lindsay’s reports of the toxicology tests. He has accused the police for “selling stories†after the actress’ toxicology tests about her drunken driving arrest were published online.
According to a report on TMZ.com, Lindsay Lohan had cocaine “nearly twice the legal limit†of alcohol in her blood after she crashed her Merc in Beverley Hills, California on 26 May this year (07). After the incident Lohan checked in again in the rehab center at Malibu where she had gone before to seek treatment.
However Blair is unhappy with the police for revealing Lindsay’s reports to TMZ.com. He tells the New York Daily News that “This is an ongoing investigation. It is shameful that law enforcement would be selling stories, let alone unverified ones.”
Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney, claims, “Our office has not received the final toxicology reports – only preliminary results – and the police have not formally filed a case yet.”

I had a similar incident with the press.I witnessed a person lose an illegal street race and in a fit of rage run 3 vehicles off the road.I jumped out of the way,tossed my cigarette-The person called the police-I?was charged with assault and it was published in the paper!

why do we care that these poor little rich girls dont have the maturity to realize when you do the crime you do the time! we have alot more important things to worry about in this world beside lindsey lohan, and paris hilton partying into the night and crashing thier $100,000 mercedes, if was me they would have me in jail in 2 weeks but the rich think they are above the common people, sorry to bust your bubble but your **** stinks just like mine! GROW UP!
