Paris Hilton in the Clink for 45 Days?

Paris Hilton could be one miserable heiress if the prosecution in LA has their way. They are recommending the celeb to be locked in the cooler for 45 days. Not only that they want to take her licence away longer than the 90 days it has already been suspended for and ban her from drinking while on probation. I have a feeling one of Paris’s hotshot lawyers will get her out of the mess, but it would make for some juicy news if she was thrown in a cell for a few days, wouldn’t it?

Seeing her in an orange jump shoot and not all dolled up would be a gossip writers life pretty easy.
